Limitations:
The store currency has to be in Euro, otherwise the payment methods will not be successful.
Development
While in development mode, makecommerce provides credentials for Test Environment for some banks and credit cards with various responses. You can retrieve the ShopId, API secret key, and API publishable key from here. And then change it in the admin panel.

Configuration
Setup the Makecommerce API, Smartpost API, Omniva API and DPD API
Store -> Configuration -> Sales -> Makecommerce API
The default store currency has to be in Euro, otherwise the payment will not be successful.
Store -> Configuration -> Currency Setup -> Base Currency -> Euro
Store -> Configuration -> Currency Setup -> Default Display Currency -> Euro
To enable the payment methods, go to
Store -> Configuration -> Sales -> Payment Methods -> Other Payment Methods -> MakeCommerce Payment Solutions
To enable the shipment methods, go to
Store -> Configuration -> Sales -> Delivery Methods
You will be presented with new Makecommerce options:

You will also need to add a ‘country’, ‘price’, and ‘free shipping from’ for each country
